The First phase registration of B. Tech. I Year for academic session 2013-14 will be held from 21 to 25 July 2013.
The candidates having provisional letter of seat allotment for this college by UTU Dehradun will be eligible to report for this registration. The candidate must bring this letter of seat allotment, in original.
The venue of registration will be M. G. Auditorium of this college, situated close to the college gate. The registration will be held during working hours from 10.00AM to 4.00PM.
The candidates must bring all the certificates, in original, along with a set of attested photocopies, two pass-port size photographs and requisite fee. For all these details, please refer to the reporting and admission forms given below. These forms will be supplied by the college at the time of registration or the candidate can download them and bring with him duly filled forms at the time of reporting.
The candidates can bring above fee in the form of bank drafts or in cash. Students may kindly note that ATM and SBI bank facilities are available in the college campus. The DD should be in favour of The Principal, G B Pant Engineering College, Pauri Garhwal payable at SBI, GBPEC, Pauri.

Notice For newly Admitted B Tech/MCA I year students (After Admission)
The College family cordially welcomes all newly admitted I year students. The students should note the following points:
They have to directly report to their respective hostels (Kailash Hostel for boys & VH Hostel for girls) on 12th August 2013.
They will be allotted room in the hostel only after depositing the requisite fee in the hostel (Rs. 9000.00 as mess advance fee & Rs. 1730.00 as a hostel maintenance fee) in form of two separate DDs in favour of Warden, G B Pant Engineering college, Pauri Garhwal payable at SBI, GBPEC, Pauri Garhwal (Code 14134)
The college will provide cot, study table, chair and almirah in the hostel. Students are required to bring other necessary items.
Their classes will start from13th August 2013 onwards.
Multimedia mobiles are not allowed in the College campus.
The students are required to be properly dressed up. The college uniform is compulsory for all students. The following uniform is recommended for the students:
Girls: White Kurta and white Salwar with navy blue Dupatta/White shirt, Grey Trouser and Maroon tie, black leather shoes with White shocks, Navy blue Sweaters and navy blue Blazer.
Boys: White Shirt, Grey Trouser and Maroon tie, black leather shoes with white shocks, Navy blue Sweaters and navy blue Blazer. Note: Low waist trousers are strictly prohibited.
The students are advised to attend 100% classes. The students having shortage of attendance will not be allowed to appear in End semester Examination. Students are advised to refer to the attendance rules for the same.
